    Have had their service for 3.5 years. Connection works for my 4 kids tablets, games, and streams netflix. Things get slow with lots going at the same time; patience and taking turns is sometimes required. We live in the country and this is the best option for us. They do have intermittent short periods of time when they are down for maintenance. Once in the 3.5 years I've had them, it was down for a couple of days because some major part was broke. You can only reach someone in their office during normal m-f 8-5 business hours as they are NOT a huge operation with 24 hour customer service. Alternative internet here would cost twice as much so I'm going to stick with it. Hope this helps!
